    I registration my device and update 50 cars all update done the problem is now not conncet with car any more
    If we start diagnostis any car this massage coming( daignostic exit)
    And only one need update but maxisys automatic exit can't update

    Hi, I updated it on the 22nd and I have the same problem. Now I can not even update the scanner or communicate with cars. I'll try to contact them. if anyone find a solucion, post it please. thank you!

    I rebooted it 6 times and the scanner started working good again except for my email services. I sent a complaint but I got no anwer yet. Good luck!.
